Expand Our cattle enjoy a diet of high mountain grass, and are finished on Clarke grown grain. While most of our cattle are grain-finished, we do offer grass-finished beef by special order. Where does Clarke Livestock beef come from? Expand Any and all Clarke Livestock beef is raised and finished by the Clarke family in Western Colorado.
